Our Pilates Class at the Hall is a gentle, fundamentals mat-based class. All the exercises can be modified to suit individual needs, whether that be modifying exercises on the mat or being seated in a chair if someone is unable to go on the mat for a range of reasons ranging from mobility issues to vertigo.

Our Pilates Class is therefore suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It’s a great form of exercise as it can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance, joint mobility and well as relieve stress and tension.

Our Pilates Class is not a drop-in class and our participants pay on a monthly basis. However, if you are a visitor to the Village and have previous experience of Pilates, or other form of exercise, then we welcome you to please get in touch to ask about the possibility of joining our Class.
